Using Opal Icon™ means agreeing to these terms.
Your content stays yours
You keep ownership of the work you publish. You grant Opal Icon™ the licence needed to host, stream, and display it across the platform while it is published.
What you must have the right to publish
Only upload work you created or are authorised to distribute. Uploading work you do not have rights to will result in removal and may end your account.
Acceptable use
No harassment, hate, impersonation, spam, or unlawful content. Do not attempt to interfere with other accounts or the security of the platform.
Recognition integrity
Plays, votes, favorites, and Circle growth must be earned. Artificial inflation of any recognition metric is prohibited and is subject to review and reversal.
Moderation
Releases are reviewed before becoming public. We may hide, remove, or restrict content that breaks these terms, and you may appeal a moderation decision.
Accounts and termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly or seriously breach these terms.
